Joy Villanueva is a Los Angeles-based creative and UNLV graduate whose love for content creation started with literally running a One Direction fan account (yes, really!). What actually began as a hobby eventually turned into a career in social media, music journalism, and digital marketing.

As a writer for The Luna Collective, she's interviewed artists including BABYMETAL, Maggie Lindemann, and The Two Lips. Her experience also includes internships with Dim Mak Records, The Vox Agency, and OceanFive Records, along with managing social media for Station Casinos, where she created content reaching an audience of over 200,000 across platforms.

Now, Joy continues to explore the creative side of music and entertainment through her work with The Luna Collective and other brands. She especially enjoys filming, editing, and finding interesting ways to connect with audiences, bringing a little bit of her fangirl roots into everything she does.

Outside of work, you'll probably find her at a concert, spending time at the beach, or hanging out with her cat, Yogurt.
