From May to August 2025, I worked as an A&R intern at OceanFive Records, where I gained hands-on experience discovering and supporting musical talent. I researched emerging artists, evaluated new talent, and helped prepare pitch decks, presentations, and proposals for internal review. I also supported signed artists by assisting in the development of rollout plans and creative strategies. Throughout the internship, I had the opportunity to build industry relationships, strengthen my understanding of artist development, and contribute to real projects within the label.
